Build the day's route, put the stops in the best driving order with one tap, and get directions to every property. See the whole day on a map.
Start and finish each stop, log what was done, add notes and photos. Visits logged with no signal are saved on the phone and sent when you're back in range.
Every customer and property in one place: contacts, lawn size, program, service history and balance. Bring your list over from a spreadsheet.
Price a season program from the lawn size and your own rates, send a clean quote, and let the customer approve and sign it online.
Invoices come straight from the visits you logged. Customers can pay online by card, or by check, Venmo or Zelle, and you can sync it all to Zoho Books.
Product, EPA number, rate, amount, area, weather and wind for every application, kept for you. Print a state-style report or download a spreadsheet.
Your team clocks in and out on their phones. Owners see hours by day and week, ready for payroll.
Set up your rounds, from early spring pre-emergent to fall aeration and seeding, and always know which properties are still due.
A full office layout on the computer and a simple phone layout for the field, so each person sees only what they need.
Guru tip: start simple. Add your customers and build a route on day one. Quotes, billing and the rest are there when you're ready, with no extra charge for turning them on.
Turf Guru was built at The Lawn Care Co, a family fertilizer and weed control company in Southeast Pennsylvania that has been caring for lawns since 1991.
General field-service software never quite fit how a treatment company works: rounds through the season, products applied at every property, and the records the state expects you to keep. So we built the app we wanted on our own routes, and now we're sharing it with other lawn care companies.
The iPhone and Android apps are on the way. Tell us a little about your business and we'll help you get set up.
